Destiny Stat Cooldown Definition
Is there a definition/algorithm for the intellect, discipline, and strength breakpoints and cooldowns? We are collecting the values per breakpoint and subclass, but there really should be a definition for this. I've been unable to find it in the latest manifest.
Edit: To clarify, I'm looking for the cooldown values for supers, grenades, and melees given a specific tier.
