Iron Banner Results

So, as a fellow DoD and friend that tried to help you guys out and was personally invested in your struggle, I decided to look at the results of this last Iron Banner war and, being the nerd that I am, tried to analyze it. Here's what I found: - Wolfpack definitely had a much higher participation rate. They had 91% participation vs 66% for the Unknown - This resulted in 34 additional guns putting points on the board. That being said, it seems that the Unknown had much more dedication and performed much better... - Avg Points per Match: 3,455 Legion vs 3,767 Unknown - Avg Total Points per Participant: 272,202 Legion vs 331,877 Unknown - Avg # of Matches per Participant: 79 Legion vs 88 Unknown - Median Points per Paticipant: 246,741 Legion vs 294,235 Unknown - Avg Score of Top Ten Participants: 595,504 Legion vs. 815,709 Unknown - Avg Score per Match of Top Ten: 4,447 Legion vs. 5,166 Unknown So what does this all tell me?? Although Legion had much more people participating (34 more people) in the Iron Banner War, Unknown outperformed them in dedication (9 more matches per participant). Also, without question, Unknown outperformed them individually within the matches, out dueling WP Legion in practically every metric (average and median points per participant and avg points per match). Not to mention our top ten spanks their top ten, specifically in points per match. Lastly, as an exercise in curiosity, I tried to extrapolate what the total scores would have been had each clan had 100% participation by applying the Median points per participant to the rest of the guys that did not participate. In this scenario we would have eeked out a win by scoring 26,491,835 vs 26,446,610 for WP Legion.... but the kicker... the Unknown would have done that even with 15 less total clanmates. Enough of my Nerdiness... Anyhow, that's definitely something to be proud of, and congrats either way on posting the best PS results overall.
