Raid help

So, I've been trying to get the thorn pvp step done, to no avail. The advice I got said to get a void primary. I'm hoping to find some fellow raiders that don't mind showing me the ropes through the raids (I've been through VoG once, but never through CE). I'm available between 8:15 and 10pm EST during the week, later on the weekend.
