XB360 Digital Collectors Edition info

So, whats the deal with the 360 TTK CE? I thought Bungie was going to release a seperate 20 dollar content pack for people who pre ordered the physical Legendary Edition. Ive got 60 dollars on this already, its a week before release, and i still dont know whats going on. Its frustrating because all three of the other systems have everything all set up and have been set up for over a month now.
