[Destiny] We should set up shop around the outer gas planets.

Now I know very little about the setting of Destiny, and even less about the gameplay, but if they're going to open up the entire solar system to us (as some sources have suggested) I think it would be a good idea to base our operations around Uranus or Neptune. Reasoning: -Both would be fantastic sources of He-3 and, assuming that 30 physicists years are less than or equal to 500 solar years, we should have fusion power by then. This would make the outer gas giants an economic resource, as well as a military one. -Both have shallower gravity wells than Jupiter or Saturn, as well as less violent storms (Uranus more so than Neptune). This would make He-3 "mining" easier. -The extreme radiation you'd find in proximity to Jupiter wouldn't be an issue. -Uranus is the 7th planet. -If some incident should befall Earth, we would have the ability to choose our degree of involvement in the conflict. More importantly, we could choose when we entered the conflict, which would allow us to maximize the effectiveness of retaliatory attacks. -Considering the energy expenditure it would take to get to Uranus, smaller "pirate" groups (should they come to exist) would likely find it more profitable to operate in the inner solar system. Downsides We'd be well beyond the point where the Sun's energy fluence drops exponentially, meaning we're not getting any usable solar power. That said, if we have fusion plants we won't really need it. If we get into trouble we'll be a long way from help. Thoughts?
