Where is OUR Legend

Destiny is all about our Legend so why not in the future of this '10 year' contract we see some more depth to who are guardians were before we died and some insight on this great battle involving the Traveler. This background does not have to be individual to each of us but can be specific to race or character, like in Mass Effect before we began our journey we chose what kind of soldier we were, a coward or a hero etc. Destiny could do something similar and not just at the character customization, it could be to do with class like, if your a warlock you discover you died assisting citizens or a titan died fighting the enemy head on. This could be introduced in some kind of new story line. Maybe it could be made that we were all killed by one evil Fallen Archon or a new enemy entirely and in this new story we track down and try to kill him. Maybe he could have been the cause for the traveler's ill state or even the power behind the collapse. Either way I think after these next expansions we should start looking towards who we were and where we go from there. Please think about OUR Legend Bungie Comment below and share your ideas.
