Combining the BTB playlists is good, DLC requirements are good. DLC dedicated playlist removal is good as it promotes DLC owning players to play the regular playlists, thus making them candidates for DLC requirements. Also WTF Mythic Difficulty Spartan Ops.... Why? Who in the community asked for that? I would probably play it more if the difficulty dropped down to Heroic so I'm not constantly getting killed by waves of Fuel Rod Grunts, Elites and OP Knights.

Good because we'll get to play Majestic maps more often on the playlist, but bad because not everyone has the map packs so a lot of people won't be able to play Infinity Slayer anymore because it's DLC locked. Also, I imagine no news on getting DLC exclusive playlists, right? At least something was done about Majestic, but what about Crimson and Castle? Also, what's with the move of taking out the Champions playlist?

And here's the amazing thing: Just shortly after releasing the Champion's for free on their lolGoTY Edition of the game, they're removing the playlist!!!! Yeah... 3fail3 just jackhammered their consumers in the ass for more money, then you can't play the bundle that will release shortly. lmfao *slow clap* Way to go 343. I've seen abortions that were better managed than this. Cleaner too.

2 RepliesThose bastards........ They're removing the only playlist that keeps me playing Halo 4. How could they shank Dominion? I mean, I know recently it's been a plague of nothing but lockdown on Exile, but I even had fun with that, creating a loadout to dispense justice and misery upon those who selected the terribad gametype. If I could roller skate using babies down a mile long stretch of concrete right now, I would.

Sounds good. One whole BTB playlist is what I've wanted since launch. Making DLC required playlists is also the right way to handle DLC in my view although I'm unsure about them doing it to infinity slayer considering that would be the introductory playlist to any new players e.g. social slayer in H3 which was never made DLC required. Still it's a good start and I hope they add the DLC requirements to more playlists in the future. Majestic is the right choice as well.
