Looking to set up a regular raid schedule

My usual fireteam would probably be up for it as well, we did the last nightfall with no problem (a 27 hunter and a 28 titan, the former says he's up for it but the titan hasn't gotten back to me yet). I haven't done the raid yet, do you think it would be better to wait for the wipe tomorrow, or is it fairly easy to do in one sitting.
