Raid Loadouts and Strategies (broken down by sections)

Vault of Glass •Opening the Door •For this section there isn't much to worry about. You can use just about any weapon you feel like using, within reason. For example: Using a Gjallarhorn here is okay, but do you really want to? •You generally want your strongest Fireteam members posted on the left side and your weakest in the middle (which is by the door). The right side goes to the 2 members that are left. •Watch for Praetorians and don't let them take your sync plates, as it will slow down the spire's forming. Confluxes/Oracles •As per ALWAYS have 2 on each relative side of the battlefield. Have the 2 strongest guardians on the left side as it has the least amount of cover and will require the most skill and weaponry to accomplish the mission. •Leave 2 of your more flexible team mates in the middle to assist both the left and right Confluxes. They will also keep the Vex from flooding the other two sides. •The right is simple. Protect the conflux, don't die. Oh, and watch out for the Templar, he's a real asshole. •Make sure to take out the oracles during their section as they will
Mark of Negation
you to a nice quick death. Go down to the center where the glowing pool of light is to cleanse yourself. Be careful not to get marked too much though as the light pool will disappear. The oracles are the golden light orbs that make the musical notes when they appear. Loadout for this Section •Primary: Use whatever you want. This is a real close/medium range combat, here. I personally recommend a hand cannon or an auto rifle. Scouts and Pulses will also be fine, but it's user choice. •Secondary: Ditch the sniper for this section, you won't need it. Grab a good shotgun or a good fusion rifle. Minotaurs are just as salty with you as the Templar is, always remember that. •Heavy: ROCKET LAUNCHER The Templar •Give your most skilled guardian the relic. Recommended is the highest leveled guardian (who should also be skilled, obviously) •Have everyone go to the right side (which is only to the right, take a left up the stairs to where the right conflux was during the conflux section.) •There will also be oracles in this section. An empty circle will be be on the ground next to a giant stone block. That is a good gathering place for your party to be cleansed by the relic holder. •The relic holder will take down the Templar's shield while the team hands him a ticket to the pain train. Rinse and repeat til death of mechanical monster. It's getting late, Breakers. A part 2 will come soon to finish off VoG and start on a strategists journey into the Hellmouth.
