Flawless Raider Notes and Strategy

Post created: 28 January 2015 Edit: After one unsuccessful attempt, some notes and strategy if I'm the leader. Overall Notes: 1) Normal Vault of Glass 2) Team of Six Level 30+ characters 3) Don't die! 4) Don't go for Gorgon-area chest 5) Create left, middle, and right teams prior to start. Teams stay in their role for whole raid except middle team splits up at Gatekeeper. 6) Take breaks before Confluxes, Templar, and Gatekeeper to review plan and roles Stage 1: Waking Ruins/Spire 1) Three Teams of Two - left, middle, and right (orientation: looking at door from guardian spawn point) 2) Call out Pretorians using "A, B, C, and D" where A is grass spawn by left, B is cave, C is grass by tunnel, and D is ruined gate. Stage 2: Confluxes 1) Use the small cave, "The Snatch," in-between the Conflux stages during the Summon His Legions phases. 2) Communicate Minotaurs spawns and Need for Help. (FYI: this is where we failed to cleanse a player) 2) Don't use rocket launchers as risk of killing self. 2.0 sniper rifles are awesome! 3) Continue to Gorgons using Snatch Cave path as main door drop is huge and risk of death on landing is high! Stage 4: Gorgons 1) Don't go for chest 2) Communicate and move as a team Stage 5: Canyon/Jumping Puzzle 1) Follow/use your individual most comfortable path and technique Stage 6: Gatekeeper 1) Middle team splits - one member to the left to open Mars gate, other to the right to open Venus gate 2) Left and Right Teams decide who will pick-up relic. 3) Left Team through Left Gate to Mars. Right Team through Right Gate to Venus Stage 7: Atheon 1) Decide on Middle Platform or Back Of Room strategy 2) Defender Titans use Weapons Of Light 3) 2.0 Sniper Rifles are enough. Rockets are risky
