Trials help please.

im not a pvp player so i will suck basiclly looking for people to carey me through the trials need to get some items i guess can only really get from there ( opening the lighthouse would be cool too but i think you have to have flawless for that) :( gamer tag is TangyTwiZZleRz add/ invite me if you dont mind helping a noob on xbox one
