You can probably find a PDF online somewhere, but I bought [url=https://www.amazon.com/Human-Anatomy-Made-Amazingly-Easy/dp/0823024970]This book on drawing people [/url]. It really helped,just take your time. I used to draw,but stopped for..like 8 years,this really helped me get back in the groove. Alternatively look online for other tips & tutorials. A little direction goes a long way.
