1 ReplyAt night, I usually look over my day to see if I did something beneficial for myself and others I interact with daily. And/or see if I can correct any mistakes I might have made throughout the day. It helps purify your mind and be aware of your everyday thoughts if you feel your thinking isn't clear or healthy. Generally, it is always good to STOP and renew, redirect and refresh your thoughts to prevent any doubts, fears, bitterness, selfishness, and greed you may have during your day.
