Factions Mutant Rebels: A group of highly trained specialists who rebel against the central government, roaming the streets in red hoodies, these guys and gals are very independent yet generate great teamwork. Human Police: An organization designed to hunt down mutants and the rebels, they own three wheeled police drifters. They are trained in hand to hand combat and can fire a Vaporizer with precise accuracy. They also carry gear in which can prevent mutant abilities to harming them. Mutants: These guys and gals live in the dark corners in the streets, always hiding from the police, and fighting to live, they thrive to hurt or kill who do not believe in them, but most are peaceful. Wanted Humans: This particular group of humans help the Mutants and feed them providing them with shelter, these humans are highly wanted and are to be killed on sight. Central government: This organization has the city in its hands, and come to a conclusion on how to deal with a caught mutant, rebel, or wanted human, if not already dead. Mutant Junkies: These Mutants have escaped the nearly impossible to escape prison, and are constantly being searched for, most of them are advanced with their powers and have grown strong.
