I am hoping, but it's hard to say, clearly Bungie won't give away those secrets. Twilight Garrison was released without a single word from Bungie, it just started dropping one day. I figure the same will be for these ones

I would bet that some of these may show up as surprise rewards from a secret side mission like the Black Spindle. I am pretty sure these items have just been found in the data base so they have not been promised.

You mean like Vesta 347 and "that other gun that only one person was given by Bungie but I forget its name", and the Exotic Speeder etc. Nah... those WERE datamined... This stuff is straight up visible on THIS website... Bungie is not hiding anything to do with them. Though the descriptions of nearly 80% of the items in the Armory say that they can be re-rolled, and the mobile app has incorrect information about how to obtain certain items. ...but yeah... not datamined in any way... public information

But when the only things not in-game on launch are the exotics, that's a bit concerning.
