AGDQ 2014

Didn't see a thread on this anywhere, so figured I'd make one. For those who don't know, AGDQ stands for "Awesome Games Done Quick". It's a speedrunning marathon for charity, this year's being the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
The best speedrunners will be running their respective games every day until January 12th while doing challenges and give-aways to those who donate. All proceedings obviously go the charity, and I'm pretty sure they're already well past the 100,000$ mark. Good news is that through advertisements and sponsors, simply watching or spreading the news helps too.
Reason I posted this now is because for the next two hours, some guy will be beating Halo 2 on Legendary in under 2 hours. Definitely worth the watch if you've ever played any of the games. He's capable of getting things done without perma camo, that was just a precaution for AGDQ, not to mention it's pretty cool and allows for less bs (nothing kills a run like being sniped). He's adapted it for his subsequent runs as well. It's really great being acquainted with him, the secret chat (which consisted of his group, the H3DS group which I am a part of, a few guys from Jumprs, and some lucky viewers who stumbled upon it) exploded with hype!
