Rules and Regs for Admins

Basic Structure for Admins: Please be responsible. use the Almighty Ban hammer as a last resort please. You are the example for this group, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that you are abiding by all of the rules. 1. You are an admin, you have absolute power over any member that joins. That being said, everyone is allowed to join, you can deny a request, if you have any worries about a certain member joining, please contact me or another admin. This group is friendly to everyone. Admins are allowed to give three warnings to everyone before a temp kick, followed by a ban. 2. Admins are not allowed to threaten members with their banhammer. If you must use your justice/banhammer, then please use it at will. Members know of the rules and breaking them is a direct offense. Use your swift justice effectively and fairly. 3. Nowhere in this group are you allowed to post porn, slam people's religion, gender slam, or bully people's sexual beliefs. You are an admin, and you must act accordingly. A warning must be directed and given out to a user who does one of these things. Followed after by a ban if they continue. 4. No walls of text allowed. 5. No political disputes please, as much as everyone wants to talk about it, it leads to bad blood. A warning will be given out and directed to the user who you believe started a dispute, if the user does not heed the warning, a ban must be given. 6. If at any time an arguement breaks out between members of the group, you must calm the fire if they won't. This is the only time you are allowed to threaten people with your banhammer. Use that as your last option at hand. 7. If you see a user wanting to LFG in this group, they must be directed to another group. This is not an LFG group. Please make that clear. 8. Offensive words detailing ones sexuality and race are not allowed. 9. No bullying is allowed under any circumstance.
