This "MUST" Thing Has To Stop / 500 MEMBERS !! / Asking About Raids

Hey Guys Zeus Here, We're just about to reach 500 MEMBERS!! Aww man it seems like only yesterday when I made the group you know ? Everything seems to be moving so fast and coming to life. A lot of you are messaging me about raids and trials and here's the thing: I would LOVE to help out everyone. But I simply just cannot. It is impossible. Everyone is messaging me about hosting a raid or finding them one and if the people aren't there I can't do it. That's why I'm getting these raid days together, so that everyone can get involved. If you want to get together a raid. Please don't ask me to set one up. It's getting so tedious. I will host raids whenever I can. If I'm not then YOU will have to find the people to set one up. My messages are being overwhelmed 😩😩. I love you guys like brothers and sisters and I'm trying. But I simply am not superman. So from now on if it is not on established raid days, and if I don't plan to host finding a raid is you guy's responsibility. I'm not trying to be mean here but we simply have too many people asking for me to be able to help now. We have a few admins maybe they'll set something up if you ask ? ---And another thing PLEASE STOP WITH THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE GROUP CHATS. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE AND YOU PUT YOU "MUST" HAVE XYZ THEN YOU ARE DOING THE EXACT THING WE ARE AGAINST. IF YOU CANNOT GET EVERYONE INVOLVED. THEN PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE HERE. For example if you're looking for members 300+ with mic for a raid. Don't put "must have mic" or "must have 300+ light". Instead word it this way. "Hosting a hard raid and I'm looking for people with a mic, experience, and 300+ light". See how we said the same thing but the way I worded doesn't turn anyone off from the post? Same messages but different feedback. I'm getting a lot of complaints about it and I can't obviously tell anyone how to do what they do. But I can show you guys a better way of how to do it. Whether you follow it is on you. Still all in all I appreciate everyone who has joined and as helped make this group what it is today. We have the most amazing me members in the world. And we really do have them from all over the world. You guys made me really happy today. To see my dream coming alive. But I just had to make a few announcements because I'm getting pulled so many different ways. I have admins here for a reason and they can help you as well.
