First of all, Welcome to the community! A good place to start would be [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Recruitment%20Clans] here in the Clan Recruiting forum[/url]. There is an endless list of clan leaders recruiting there for you to browse through. Many of these clans also have groups with their own mini-forums to converse and strategize within.
