Cant wait for the big day tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get a chance to play against some old Bungie friends, Kapture, Halcylon and maybe Deej.

I felt SO fucking stupid. I got there at 8AM, and because I didn't know where the line was or started (There was a small one at the time) I decided to go to the barnes and noble next door to pass some time. I lost track of the time, and ended up leaving at 11:00. Walk outside and there is about 500 people in line. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Still, got dat free sweg though ^_~

Congratulations man! wish I could go to the release party, since I'm also from Cali(Reseda) its also unfortunate that i suffer from back problems thanks to getting hurt at work. So I'm stuck @ home in Cali waiting for my game to be shipped from Amazon, which is hopefully soon. I hope you have a freaking fun time @ bungies new studios And the party & I hope to see you online man... Also if at all possible, can u score me any online codes for in game items 4 the xbox one verison of the game? If not then its cool : p

2 RepliesEdited by Exocet: 9/8/2014 11:40:01 AMPlease don't take this the wrong way, it is nothing against you as a fan or your dedication to arrive early, this is more about the principal of it: I actually find that to be unfair to people who followed their directions and have been waiting until the actual date. I have no issue with people lining up and staying there, but to essentially have your hand stamped so you can get in without obtaining your place through waiting in line is wrong. I am disappointed that Bungie actually did that. I understand if they had sent it out in the post about the community event, but to reward people for not following directions, while effectively punishing their other fans. I managed to find a place close to their studios and planned my weekend and week accordingly. I will raise this issue when I arrive there in a few hours if someone from Bungie is willing to listen.

1 ReplyI'm in Kingston, WA just across the water from Seattle. Sometimes work takes the wife over to Redmond/Bellevue. If I can make it there tomorrow I'll start screaming about Grimguards in hopes to see you, kind of hoping to escape while the kids are at school and be back in time to pick them up. If I don't get to see you there I'll look for you online. Awesome to be represented all the same boss :D
