VoG normal help

Can anyone help me around 7.00 - 8.00pm tonight with VoG normal level 27 hunter nearly level 28 be level 29 tommorow when Xur comes if he has armour ran it twice before relic users please comment as i don't no how to use them properly need people who have completed this before
