I have yet to kill oryx hard mode....

So in despite of completing everything else and doing a wonderful job as runner, i have yet to get him (other than normal mode). I feel i missed the train where everyone didnt quit in couple tries and actually put forth the effort into completing the raid. Is there a group (pug or not) out there that actually gives a shit about completing the raid? I feel I'm gonna be stuck in the same boat I once was when atheon hard mode came out and max lved when the next expansion came out. My max light lv I can be is 318. Only thing holding me back from 320 is my primary weapon and head piece....
