Help I'm trying to get to level 30 I'm 26 my psn is xXswiftplayaXx

Join a faction. Lvl up that faction by doing bounties and doing the factions purpose. Once u get the factions to lvl 2 buy gear from that faction and u will become a 32. Simple :)
