I need to beat Skolas in the Prison of Elders

I'm a level 34. I have a max Gally and lots of Heavy Ammo Synthesis , I need to beat Skolas for the Year One wheel. The due date is coming fast. I came close once. Got to Skolas but my Gally wasn't maxed at the time and I couldn't beat him. Can anyone help me
