Tough they dont care if you dont like how they do business and never will either with this rant here or any other rant anywhere ever. It is a business to make money not give YOU want YOU want all the time. Does not matte how much you paid either you are not special or privileged about how the game plays or what is in it ever and never will be with any company ever.
It is idiots like you that complain about every little thing not being how youn want thinking the company has to care never realizing that they dont ever have to care if YOU are not happy. The game was not made for YOU to be happy.

The rant was to persuade those who he could to not buy half-baked content, so that the developers notice. Not persuade the developers directly. Even so, not enough people care enough to join together.

The only way to get people to come together is to create awareness. Many people feel the same way but either don't know what to do about it are are afraid of being ridiculed for "speaking out of turn." I have no such fear.

That's exactly my point! They don't care about us, they only care about our money! They don't create games for us, they create games to make money! Money is their end game and if we stop giving it to them they'll be forced to do things differently. People complain because they want to see things changed. Have you ever heard this phrase, "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" or "closed mouths don't get fed?" You might be content to just bend over and take it, but myself and many others have had it with this bullshit are gonna make sure our voices are heard! Even if nothing does change, I know one thing is certain... THEY WON'T BE GETTING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!

They do not care they will not get any more of your money, threats like this mean nothing to them and never have or will ever. You are fool to think anything else ever. For you are noone to them, you are not special or anything to them at all and never were or ever would or will be. Does not matter about being the squeaky wheel it will not change anything ever. The players only control is if they buy and play or not, nothing more. For even if you dont someone else will that does not care so they will still make money so your rant is pointless and will have no effect on them at all in the long run or the short run. No you cannot force them to change no matter what you think not even if every person on this forum did not buy the dlc or the next game it would not change a thing at all.

I understand what you mean and feel the same. For me it's not a case of '[i]I'm a special snowflake [/i]' it's a case of I am a consumer if you want me to buy your product show me and tell me why I should. So many games now rely on speaking in riddles and never giving straight answers or purely over exaggerating what content the game will have in it that you can't even trust the developers anymore. They are a business fine so they need money but they shouldn't get it by lying to their potential consumer base. Honest is and should always be first and foremost sell your game and it's positives without embellishing and you then get a loyal Fandom for your games as well as honesty.
