Destiny is one of the better games that people play, it has a LOT of flaws but it has RIDICULOUS potential!
English
-
Destiny = arcade game
-
Arcade games = fun
-
But they don't have much content and get old and some arcade games die off.
-
some
-
Yes some like Destiny will die off or be abandoned by their creators for some odd reasons. The game is addictive but I don't see people going back and playing it for old time sake like Halo CE or Halo 2 and even Halo 3 or ODST -blam- it, even marathon is worth going back and playing rather than Destiny.
-
-
Well said! The good far outweighs the bad in my opinion :)
-
There's only potential because they never answered anything.
-
It had potential but bungievision had to spread their ass cheeks and release a gallon of liquified shit all over it... Destiny's not going anywhere
-
It's going to be really hard to see that potential fully realised with the time constraints they have over the next 9 years.
-
Considering they had five or six years to get to this point, that isn't promising.
-
They have to make three more games and DLC sets for each of them, obviously meaning that there's going to be more cut-content. yay. Micro-transactions were mentioned in the Acti-Bungie contract too. They have no place in a AAA game.
-
After playing warframe I kind of don't mind the idea of micro transactions so much, to pay to be impatient or for cosmetic stuff is fine by me.
-
I'm not wholly opposed to cosmetic micro-transactions, but pay-to-win should stay well away from AAA games.
-
Agreed.
-
Everything has potential, the game is an awful example in the gaming industry and should be smashed and forgotten.
-
I doubt it ever is going to be forgotten since the haters just love talking about.
-
Wanna know a really awful example? E.T. 'Nuff said
-
Awful example? Say that to the millions still playing it. And really no other game has the potential of Destiny :T
-
Let's see: Unkept promises No story No content Unfinished game Broken loot system The fact that the DLCs were announced before the game was released No better than any freemium game except with no micro transactions.
-
What considers a game unfinished?
-
The lackluster content. Obvious cut corners,
