I got this from a Xur bought Engram and thought to myself this is basically useless unless I play PvP. Boy was I wrong as it is now probably my Favorite piece of Exotic armor. I pop the bubble every chance I get. I love throwing it over the Psion flares and then a bum rush melee attack ensues.
