Why are players quitting Destiny?
What do you guys think of this!? I've been noticing a HUGE decline in my friends who play Destiny still! Most of my REAL LIFE friends all stopped playing except me and others whom I met online have quit as well! Two of my old clans have vanished! My friends list slashed in half!
EDIT: out of my old clan and 182 friends on PSN, all of which used to play destiny, there are 72 online and 2 of them are playing Destiny! So if this trend continues its going to be slim pickens! I feel like its getting worse by the day! **[b]PLEASE BUMP THIS UP[/b] so Bungie will see this!***
Why do you think players are quitting? Do you know of anyone else who has quit? Chime in let us know why you will quit playing or not? Cheers!

There is not to much to do I think people are waiting for HoW and some are looking for destiny 2 to see if the game develops and the pve side needs to get a bit better. Just my 2p worth;-)

Got all exotics and raid gear/weapons what else is there really . Unless u like pvp. This is bound to happen bungie needs to get HOW out early cause fans are loosing interest.

Cuz there's not much content. That's the same with all PVE games such as Red Faction, Kingdom Hearts, or Skyrim (there's still a shit ton to do in that game so it definitely has a wayy longer lifespan but after a while, people will take a long break or stop all together). <-[randomest list off the top of my head]

Lack of content and delaying HoW, December to March was quite along time to hold out for next dlc anyways but then they r stretching it out til may, could even be June, most people don't even need stuff on it now

Once you get everything you want. All exotic weapons/amor, raid weapons/armor and helped countless of other groups on raids there is no point of playing anymore. That is why there is an RNG system in this game to make the game last longer for others. But most of these kids don't understand that so they go cry their hearts out about RNG and yeah you know the rest.

Lack of content, repetitive gameplay, terrible reward system... That seems to be the big three. I see some more leaving for Xur, poor community in game, poor community on forums, lack of technical support, poor community relations.... Most of those I can't say are validatable, but the big three are true and wrecking the player base

I plan on playing through house of wolves and depending on what it delivers I'll either stay, or call it quits and see how destiny 2 comes out.

got all the exotics except nechrocasm. 3 32s (titan hunter warlock) all exotic gear that is the best for each subclass, done all the raids tons of times, crucible isnt that fun for me. Nothing to do

2 RepliesBecause it's very repetitive. It gets boring after awhile. We do the same thing day in day out. I rather play need for speed rivals or rocksmith 2014 now. With those I feel like I'm doing something especially rocksmith since it teaches you to play the guitar.

9 RepliesI think people are quitting because they see a pattern coming.... Work for four months to acquire, and upgrade, gear. DLC comes out and makes it all null & void. Rinse & Repeat.

Well you tell me what's left to do when you have all the exotics, all fully upgraded, a stupid amount of hours and no friends left to play with?

Because people have no patience and expect everything to be perfect. Good riddance to them, it helps rid destiny of the garbage players.

Bloodborne has pulled me a way for everything other than the weekly raid and nightfall on one character. Just need a break until HoW comes out.

Hearing stories like "I played 1000+ hours and haven't gotten guns X or Y scares me to want to stop playing this game. I've been playing since beta and although my time is in the low 300 hours I just play way more efficient because my time is limited due to family. I get on and knock all exotic drops on Tuesday and hit weeklies sat morning before kids get up and that's about all I play so that's why my play time is lower. I don't get on to do bounties until I get a new gun I need to level or I get that rare house to myself moment then I'll grind strikes for marks to buy materials. HoW better not be annoying like Crota is. I love the idea and the fights but fighting the server kills that raid for me.
