Perk 1: Storm sheild Creates a spherical thunderstorm around the warlock that is twice the length of maximum melee distance damaging everything inside the shell. Lasts 15 seconds like Ward of Dawn. Perk 2: Chain lightning Arcs that strike targets then launch a another arc into nearby enemies Perk 3: Tesla wave Arc shockwave that spreads out in front of the Warlock at a 25 degree angle and extends as it travles loosing damage as it goes.
