Since the Warlock would have an Arc subclass next, maybe something like a wave of electricity that travels maybe, 10 meters? The downfall would be it's range, but in exchange it would be incredibly powerful (or just have a wide reach).

Instead of jumping to slam, could levitate and hold arms out and lightning rains down in the aoe

What I was thinking of is more akin to the Bladedancers swipe attack, only on a larger scale. The warlock would kind of clap his hands together and create a wave of electricity. Damage resistance during the Super would be something like 10-15% since they have to stand still.

Great idea, just make the area effected the same size as Fist of Havok. Done deal.
