I'll agree with everything you say. I have DB and it's maxed out. It performs as advertised and is awesome for stationary enemies (Crota, Templar, Phogoth, Nexus, ect). I have Giggidyhorn as well. I've used both and have to say Gally is superior but DB is absolutely adequate in the right hands. If DB tracked it'd be on par with Gally.... Personally I use Gally more because of the tracking perk. It takes error out of the equation. If the boss takes a step to the right or left in the eleven minutes from launch-to-impact the damned rocket still hits him. That way I won't be "that guy" that missed and caused the sword bearer to die.
