Its not a bad rocket launcher BUT its not worth the exotic slot. I'd prefer to use VM, Hawkmoon, Icebreaker, thunderlord and Ghorn if you have it (I don't). WHich do much better job since HOC does comparable dmg and its a legendary. Only downfall of HOC is the 6 shells you can carry.
