It goes 1) House of Winter 2) House of Devils 3) House of Kings 4) House of Exile 5) House of Wolves The reason being that house of winter has the best military. The house of devils is the most powerful on earth. House of kings is 2nd most powerful on earth. House of exile are just the soldiers deemed 'not goo enough' for other houses.
