MIDA is underrated as hell. There was a guy in banner I played with a few times who was just destroying fools, including me. I couldn't out-range him because I suck at sniping (and pvp in general) and had no scout with me. Not that it would have helped because he was so good with it and had that spot back behind C flag on Shores of Time on Venus. I couldn't get close enough to him to use a close range piece like a shotgun or normal fusion rifle. Obviously the ADS radar was/is a huge, HUGE advantage in PVP. I don't care what anyone says about just dropping out of ADS, when you can stay in the whole time and still see the radar, and not be distracted by having to drop in and out, especially in one of those positions that every map on destiny seems to have multiple of, where you can get people on radar long before they visually see you, and you know which direction/hole/hallway they will be coming through, but they don't know where you are in the room, you can get that first shot or two on them before they even really get their sites on you, it's just a slaughterhouse. Finally was able to sneak closer while he was engaged with some of the randoms on my team and got him one time with Pocket Infinity just for my pride but that doesn't really count. Of course like 30 seconds later he is back there doing it again, I just left him alone. It's the fire rate that really makes it. I was surprised how fast he could kill with it. Pretty sure he never even used any other weapon the whole match, he killed me like 4-5 times and every time is was MIDA. That changed my opinion of it and I already liked it, I just got a second one dropped and I'm keeping it with one of my alts. Anyway besides that I have a Gheleons Demise with explosive rounds and third eye that I like, and a badger CCL with third eye that is quite good.
