Still after the Cryptarch Buff I haven't gotten a legendary from him...

I leveled all my characters through dead orbit and my titan was like rank 11, warlock rank 16, and hunter rank 6, and i got bittersteel dead orbit shader out of rank 6 package on my hunter its not anything petty like whether u open a lot at once or open them separately u just gotta be lucky
