A bullet travels at 2,500fps or 1,700mph, you'd get shot before you even hear the gun go off, and if I was using AP rounds they would easily penetrate your Kevlar

And suppose, given that I just slaughtered many people, that I have matrix like reflexes and could move at 3000 mph? This is technically a simulation, after all. But under normal circumstances, the bullets would have pierced me.
