Only time I use MIDA is when I'm running the lamps for the insane speed boost. Other than that, scout rifles are useless... I kid of course! Half of my primaries are maxed scout rifles that I either use on a regular basis, or don't use but can't bring myself to dismantle because they're so good. Scout rifles FTW!
