None of the factions will give you ships or shaders yet, as those features have not been implemented in the game so far. Also, you wouldn't get a ship or a shader from and engram anyway, so you might as well redeem them.

My warlock and Titan both have Dead Orbit shaders. My warlock has the dead orbit ship. One shader to go.

Not Faction ships/shaders. As far as I can tell, OP is looking for New Monarchy ship/shader.

Yea they have a faction ship and shader they just don't have a chance to start dropping till like faction level 25 so you got to be way uo there for them to show up

Last I heard, they still have implemented those yet. They were supposed to be in a future update. I may be wrong on that, but that's what I heard.

Their is a video of a man who has dead orbit rank 100 and he gets all the shaders, don't remember if he got the ship though
