Voc is like the go to weapon for almost anything. Saves an exotic slot, and if your not using mida voc is where it's at. Got it second week vog released and still use it. To this day

Another nitc is better except against solar sheids. Hits harder, same rate of fire same impact. I did a side by side comparison and posted all the numbers here not long ago.

I had it but, vault space. I have saterienne rapier . But havnt tested it yet. Has firefly and explosive rounds

Edited by il DOWN li: 2/1/2015 1:59:42 PMSame thing. Same impact and rate of fire as the voc but more damage being 331. I like the way the nitc feels. It ls the voc with a different skin. The rapier is very good but has a small mag. Still better than the voc on most stuff. I just looked at my notes. The rapier and nitc both do 70 more damage per bullet than the voc on level 32 enemies. 58 more on level 30. That's a pretty big difference considering they fire at the same speed. When HoW comes the margins will get wider still.

Yeh not a fan of 13 round mag. But scouts are my weakness so until I get the ce one I'm stuck on mida and voc until I upgrade rapier. May put it on hunter for the chain of woe to compensate for low rounds

The raid scout is the the same as the nitc and rapier. It just has arc damage and a bit of a bigger mag. I'm not fond of it but its good and may be your thing.

Fang seemed amazing when I watched a review on it. So hopefully ib an hour when I run it with my clan I get it. Don't like the look of it though. Mainly want it for arc burn because the pulse rifle is....sub par in my opinion

All of the hive weapons LOOK ridiculous. Why would any standard rifle or gun of metal get wrapped in a few biological lumps of exo-skeleton? If I liked this concept I would rip my tortoise to pieces and attach bits to my super soaker, but I don't, so I won't.

The pulse did me awesome in the nightfall. The fang is a good gun. IMO the rapier is a little better due to firefly. My nitc has firefly, flare mag well and 20 round mag. It also has my favorite sights in the game. I wish you could by this version. The damage output/rate of fire is the perfect balance. I can't put it down unless I NEEDED elemental damage.

I'll have to keep searching because the rapier had the exact perks of the one of the cryptic dragon I found second week of destiny release so, it pretty much will be my next to level. And as for the pulse. It just left me with more to want I guess, being its good perk was field scout on a 30 mag. After that. I don't need to shoot hive through shields often.

Nah I'd never use the pulse outside of arc damage nightfalls or weeklies. I run scouts. I don't like anything else. I would have used fang but the pulse was one hit killing with a faster rate of fire. It was just more efficient this week.
