I agree, if you use an Auto Rife, and get a Scout Rifle from a Legendary engram, you would immediately dismantle it, but if you implemented this system you would probably get an Auto Rifle and actually use it.

Yeah. I am thinking about sending bungie written mail because they are completely inaccessible any other way. Maybe we could see this implemented.
