Bungie, Help! -- WASP error code troubleshooting
I just started seeing this error today when I tried to update. Haven't been able to download >66% of the update. I tried uninstalling, hard resets and resetting my router, none of which worked. I'm super disappointed after seeing others have no trouble logging on; not being able to level up with my friends further added to my frustration and now I'm left writing in a Bungie forum. Reduced to pleading for Bungie to assist. Please comment if I'm not the only one!

I'm getting it every successful login (which is one in four attempts due to cattle error) My longest time without weasel from character select to error is 25mins, shortest 1:02mins. This is on top of having to download the 76mb update every successful login. Fun times eh... Tried all fixes.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Occasionally I will get caterpillar while doing it too, but haven't gotten past 66%. I even can relate to the 876kb then 1.05MB, then the 76mb

No your not the only one with the same problem. Tenth time in a row for this freaking error code. I've done the reinstalling, hard reset, reset my router, everything I can think of and I still can't install this stupid update. Bungie fix your game please.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I can't bet past 78% of the download. It actually seems to be 3 updates. First one is 832kb, then a 1.05 mb and finally 76.87 mb. The last one is the one that won't complete and game shows wasp error. More annoying than anything is Bungie's silence. There are so many people yelling about this and they say nothing. Unforgivable! Wtf bungie I didn't pay all this -blam!-ing money just to be put in an endless download screen ...I feel like I have been getting -blam!-ed over since the day I got the game. Like why the -blam!- should we have to find a raid group when it just matches players for damn strikes. Well I guess I doesn't matter now I can't play anymore because of bungies random fick you update

I am having the same issue. For some I was locked out of the main Bungie thread regarding the wasp error code. I've followed their suggested resets, and still nothing for me. Polarbearbrother Wifi X1
