Yes, because I like to level up different loadouts of armour to compliment different exotics, so I've got a choice of what to wear depending on subclass or perks provided. I haven't worried about them too much for a while, but I've started to run low on Asc shards so I've started to do them again. Plus you need to be stockpiling them for when HOW drops, this is one of the reasons I stay at level 30 instead of going to 31. (I don't raid, so 32 is never gonna be an option)
