I like this idea, a few questions though (you might want to edit your post to reflect these questions) First: what about the nightfall/weekly? Should it be challenging only to people who raid? What if you don't like to raid? How would the NF/Wkly change from dlc to dlc with the higher levels? Would it stay one level? How could you make it so everyone has the same chance to do it but raiders feel like its a challenge? (I have a reply to someone on here addressing this issue, sorry I don't remember which post.) Second: what would you do about Iron Banner Gear? Would it stay up to date with current raid Gear? Would it be just below current raid gear but above vanguard gear? Would you have the full set for sale considering how infrequent it is offered compared to other methods to getting armor? How often should the IB come around? Third: How would you address the number of infrequent armor drops? You said it should drop all the armor by the time the next dlc released, how would you determine that you did the raid enough times vs having done it more than enough to the point that the game just won't give you the armor you need? What if you had multiple characters of the same class, would they have the armor you want three times as fast? What if they were different classes?
