I play late at night is there a crew that would pick me up?

Each crew will have a leader whom will be responsible for scheduling their crews time and when they will be raiding and such. This way for those of you players whom are only able to play on a given time. Anyone can be a leader and start their own crew, but now that's only if your up to the task and everyone accepts you as one. This does not mean you are not able to do other activities with other players within the group, bur rather just to keep a solid crew you can do everything with not to mention the group chats are limited. Hey guys I'm currently in a great clan atm. but the thing is , I can never play with them because I work second shift (2pm-10pm)est. So when it comes to raids I have to come on forums and BEG for help . I don't mind doing it . It's just having to do it for 3 level 31's and for both Vog and CE each is tiring and takes a lot of my time . So I'm searching for the a clan that has a somewhat similar schedule as myself . My hours of playing are from 9am to 1:15pm and 10:30pm to 1am and again this is est. . Weekends are all day lol. I WILL always help out even put someone before myself no matter there level. I'm laid back and easy going. My current charecters are 3 warlocks. I have all raid gear for warlock. Just lacking a few shards.
