Telekinetic Teleportation, A combination of both Telekinesis and regular teleportation. You can lift things with your mind and throw them whilst teleporting them forward. Think the ability of 'Brink' from Dishonored, it teleports but also carries whatever momentum it alright has with it. Teleport an arrow to a neck immediately after firing it, stuff like that.
