Got a Big-Line Trauma scout rifle from NF last week. It has zen moment and firefly (woohoo), super fast reload, 19 rounds and the rate of fire is absolutely redicolously fast!! No joke, it's the fastest I've seen. Sorry, but that's the best legendary scout rifles :/)
And I have a crypt dweller with firefly that is very very good as well...

I have it with the "Third Eye" perk, so radar is active when aiming. It's a good Scout rifle - very fast fire rate.

I have a similar B-Line Trauma and it is my favorite legendary scout rifle. Looks cool and fires amazingly fast.
