Has anyone gotten the crux of crota drop yet? Has it even been put in yet? Help me understand this please

Apparently there is someone with the necrochasm in game but no one knows how he got it because his morn rank is 0 and he hasn't done the raid. But I don't know about the Crux drop to be honest.
