Even the best snipers in the game will probably not have a sniper precision rate of over 80%(I'd truly love to see a 90% headshot player). Regardless of how skilled they are, a one-shot body hit will always be extremely useful, particularly in close ranged environments, against fast, unpredictable targets and when under heavy enemy fire.
