Why we need to stop hiring white people to cops, they just underestimate their power and release their racist intentions and arrest black people for being black

And black people do a better job? Yeah.... I'm so sure. Anytime the white man hits the black, it's racist but if a black man beats up a white man, it's nothing. Blacks are too sensitive and when they become cops, they're crooked and lazy.
