Everyone who doesn't agree that this gun is OP is either too busy getting rolled in the crucible by everything else, or is severely retarded.
High impact snipers need a nerf, or final round can't be on snipers.

We (my clan friends and I) encountered a guy on IB that would shoot the first two shots, simply so he could get to the last shot and not have to get a critical for a kill. Freakin' pansy.
